Our commitment

In processing personal data we:

  • Clearly specify our purposes before processing personal data through this statement.
  • Limit collection of personal data to what is necessary for legitimate purposes.
  • Request explicit consent where required.
  • Take appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and require the same from third parties processing data on our behalf.
  • Respect your right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.

NOIR BLANC 0.9 is the party responsible for all data processing on this webshop. If you have questions about the processing of personal data, our contact details are at the end of this statement.

02

Registration

Certain features of our service require prior registration. You will be asked to provide personal information and to choose a username and password for your account.

For this purpose we process your name and address, phone number, billing address, email address and payment details. This data is processed on the basis of your consent and the performance of an agreement. The data is stored until you close your account.

We retain this information so you do not have to re-enter it on future visits, and to contact you regarding order processing, invoicing, payment, and an overview of purchased products.

03

Handling your order

We use your personal data to process your order. Your shipping address and contact details are shared with Sendcloud, our shipping platform, which generates labels and provides track and trace through the selected carrier. Payment information is handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout.

If you initiate a return or exchange, your order details are shared with Return Prime, which powers our returns portal.

For this purpose we process your name and address, phone number, billing address, email address, and payment information. This data is processed on the basis of the performance of an agreement. Order-related data is stored until completion of the order. Certain data may be retained longer to comply with legal tax retention requirements.

04

Newsletter

We offer a newsletter to inform subscribers about products, projects and updates. Your email address is added to the mailing list only with your explicit consent.

For this purpose we process your name (if provided) and email address. This data is stored until you unsubscribe.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each newsletter.

05

Contact form

You may use our contact form to ask questions or submit requests.

For this purpose we process your name, email address and the content of your message. This data is processed on the basis of consent and stored until your request has been satisfactorily resolved.

06

Statistics and profiling

We keep statistics on the use of our webshop to improve user experience and relevance. Personal data may be combined for this purpose, always with respect for your privacy.

If you do not wish to participate in this data processing, you may contact us.

For this purpose we may process name and address details, email address, and gender. This data is processed on the basis of consent and stored for a maximum of six months.

07

Marketing communications

In addition to advertisements displayed on the website, we may inform you about new products or services:

  • By email.
  • Via social media.

You may object to promotional communications at any time. Emails contain an unsubscribe option, and social media platforms offer blocking or opt-out functionality.

Our webshop may display advertisements provided by third parties. These parties may track preferences to show relevant advertisements or offers. We do not control their data processing activities.

08

Location data

If required, we may process location data (such as GPS data) only after obtaining your explicit consent.

Location data may also be processed by third-party providers such as Google Maps or Apple. We have no control over how these providers process data. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy statements.

09

Sharing with third parties

Except for parties necessary to provide our services, we do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law, for example in response to lawful requests from authorities.
