Your shipping address and contact details are shared with Sendcloud, our shipping platform, which generates labels and provides track and trace through the selected carrier. Payment information is handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout.

If you initiate a return or exchange, your order details are shared with Return Prime, which powers our returns portal.

We use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and usage. A data processing agreement with Google is in place.

• IP addresses are anonymised.
• Data is not used for other Google services.
