We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, garments must be strictly unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

We have made returning items seamless through our dedicated Return Portal. Enter your Order Number and Email to generate a shipping label.

To ensure lightning-fast delivery, orders are pushed directly to our warehouse system the moment they are placed. Because of this, we are generally unable to amend or cancel orders.

Please contact our Client Services via email within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

NOIR BLANC 0.9 pieces are designed with our signature contemporary fit. Most hoodies and t-shirts feature a slightly oversized, dropped-shoulder silhouette.

Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle (maximum 30°C). Do not tumble dry. Always hang dry naturally to prevent shrinkage. Never iron directly over screen prints or puff prints.

Our core collections may see periodic restocks. However, seasonal capsules and exclusive drops are produced in limited quantities and will not return once sold out.
